With years of experience as a licensed cosmetology instructor and educator, I specialize in healthy hair care solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. I offer a full range of services including traditional and micro loc installs, relaxers, natural hair styling, and restorative treatments. I’m also the creator of Cultivate Hair Products — my own line of nourishing hair care essentials, designed to support healthy hair from the salon to your home. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – One Touch Beauty
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that sometimes life happens, but we kindly ask that you respect our time and business by following the policy below:
⏰ Cancellations & Reschedules:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance of your appointment time. This gives me the opportunity to fill your spot and serve other clients.
❗ Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours):
A 70% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
🚫 No Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
⏳ 15-Minute Grace Period
Please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show, resulting in the full service fee being charged.
• If we are still able to accommodate you, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.
💳 Card on File Required:
A valid card is required to book. Fees due to late cancellations or no-shows will be automatically charged to the card on file.
